Times and times again I took the torture and the strain
Just when I think she’s the one
Our hearts will end in pain
It’s the same old story every time two lovers meet
First they are up in heaven then they fall back on the feet

But for me it’s over for it seems I’ve found the one
She will share the truth of life and 
And life will still have fun

Sleepless nights still bother me when I think of the past
And despite some jealousy me time went by too fast
What a waste of energy my life is way too short
